Everything was fine.

I like that I can trust Joe Ball mechanics with the prized 2006 Corvette. Replacing the wiring harness that controls the park lock out was not a simple task and would require mechanical expertise.

Everything was great

Brought my suv to get it check for winter. I asked if they checked my tires did not get an answer. I was also told that in about another month I would need an oil change. I asked if could get it done while i was there and was told they were too busy

I needed new wiper blades. I called when they opened at 8:00AM and they were able to schedule me for that at 10:30AM that same day. All went well.

It's really nice to have a hometown GMC dealership in my back yard to service and fix any issues that arise on my Chevy Traverse. Joe Balls pricing is typically lower than the larger dealerships (check on-line for specials), they get the work done quickly and without drama.

It was only an oil change so not much to say about that. But I was pleased that you were able to fit me in on a Saturday given that I only called that morning for an appointment. Ian was very cordial and professional. I had an offer from Chevy for a discount and Ian spent extra time figuring out how to apply it to get me that credit. I appreciated that effort.

My tires were not rotated as requested. If there was a reason or explanation on why they weren’t I could understand so I am assuming it was just missed. Oil change was completed

I took my 3 month old GMC Terrain with 1750 mi in for service for ABS issue. It took 2 and a half months to get the correct parts and to get the car repaired. That is beyond reasonable. I’ll also say that the people at GM Customer Service were not helpful at all. They contacted me often but did nothing useful. The people at the dealership did try to help by providing a loaner and were empathetic with my issue. I don’t believe the dealership was to blame. I’ve been a lifelong GM customer. I’m not sure that will continue.

I dropped my car off Saturday, Nov. 22 so work could begin first thing monday. I was finally told Thursday, Nov. 27 that the car was ready. In fact it was not ready. The inspection was not performed, which was one of the reasons I stated in writing when I spoke to my customer service rep and confirmed was in the system when I dropped it off. My rep had communicated about difficulty in diagnosing and then delays with getting parts, and I was understanding. But I was not told that an inspection would not be performed. I only discovered this when I picked up the car and saw that the sticker was still the old one. I walked back in and asked why it had not been done and was told that the car needed to be driven for awhile for the system to calibrate. I was previously told that a shuttle employee was driving my car before I picked it up, and I presumed it was for that reason. When told about the delays during the week, I had been flexible and said I would like it by Friday, as I was heading out of town for a week, which is also why I wanted to the inspection complete, as it expires at the end of November. The rep said that's why she made sure to have the car ready for pickup. But, if she had communicated to me about the lack of inspection being done, I could have made other arrangements or even have left the vehicle until my return. In fact, I was not leaving until Friday night, so it's possible it could have been resolved before I left. The delay in repair and lack of communication left me with a car whose inspection is expiring, while heading out of town and dealing with many other issues related to being out of town for a week. This, after being very flexible and understanding. But there is a limit, and this was too much.

Took a little longer than I expected but all was done.

Problem was solved. Was kept informed on what was going on. Awesome service.

Brought car in for yearly inspection and oil change. Courtney kept me informed of the progress plus the additional work that needed done.

I dropped my truck off without an appointment and Mike called me first thing in the morning to ask what was wrong. I explained and he listened and we discussed when he could have it looked at and would be in touch with all information. Thank you!

Overall not bad, was a bit perterbed that I was charged 69.99 for a brake check when I had a sensor error on the dash. To be told I needed new rear brakes as they were 4/32 and the front was 7/32. Meanwhile my dash/app shows the front at 73% and the rear at 42% life... They don't match. I was advised to not believe the sensors, which in turn has me now disable the feature - good one GM! Not sure whom to believe, so now I will seek out a 3rd party to review and diagnose. A bit of communication about billable services up front would have been what I would consider best practices for customer satisfaction. I knew the warranty work my truck came in for was a covered event (even though the dealership never followed up with me from my last service to tell me the part was in and to schedule the repair) and my oil change and tire rotation were billable as they have been since I bought the vehicle new.

They are always quick and get the job done correctly, even when I added an oil change; still in and out in less than 90 minutes with an appointment

People were very nice but the price was outrageous. I took it in because of a shimmy at low speeds. They said they could not find anything wrong. So I told them since it was there they should change the oil. They suggested an alignment because the tires are new. The bill was over $450.00

The drop off and pick up was easy. The ş Staff greeted me with a smile and was very personable. I was offered a courtesy ride home do to it taking longer than expected. Everyone was friendly. I went for a walk in the lot and was greeted by a salesman. He said I saw you looking around. We talked and joked. He showed me the new Terrain which I absolutely loved. He asked if I was in the market for a new car. I said not really. I ended up buying it lol. Was greeted warmly by the owner and thanked for this purchase Al’s past purchases.
