Parker, the service attendant was very nice and patient with me. He took the time to explained everything. I feel this was the best service I have received at Joe Ball. I am somewhat concerned though, when taking my vehicle to have scheduled service the mechanic comes back with multiple issues I need to take care of. I did not ask him to look at additional areas of my car. It feels like your business is slow and you are trying to make money on me by telling me I need this and that. I am already skeptical of the a dealer doing repair work and then you want me to pay several thousands to have additional work done. My car only has 60,000 miles and if some of these issues are urgent to take care of I need to go back to GMC because I was sold a lemon.

Ralph was fantastic!!! As we were filling out the forms, I made a comment about the fact that I should have stopped and ate before going to the dealership. He opens a drawer in his desk and handed me a couple snacks. I was so impressed. I also have a cough, and he pulled out cough drops! Talk about being ready & great customer service! Ralph deserves Employee of the year! We were talking about music & he pulls up Youtube! He showed me this video & I could see the passion for music was the same for his job! Braden & Matt also awesome! They worked for it seemed like hours but they got me approved! Great guys! Braden explained every form I was signing so I felt very comfortable in the process.

Awful experience! I have been going to Joe Ball GMC for all my service needs for aprox 15 years. This will be my last time! They kept my car all day for inspection, very poor communication, didn’t even want to wash the car after servicing it! It used to be a great service but not anymore! I informed the service advisor of my disappointment and they were uninterested in pleasing the customer. Good Luck!

Loved how there was no pressure. I’m an old sales guy - had they resorted to the sales tactics that gives car salesman bad reputations I would have left. Cars are bought, not sold - we’re already on the lot - they seemed to take the philosophy. It was appreciated and noticed. I felt like everything was above board - I didn’t get the sense I was being cheated in any way and I hope they felt the same from me. I don’t think I’ve ever been that comfortable in a car dealership before - from the moment I got there until I left. It was a positive experience.

It was an easy experience. They got us in quickly and even next day and resolved the issue perfectly. The only snag I had in the entire experience was the wait time.. I was told it would be approximately an hour wait and I waited more than 2 hours. Not a big deal but definitely not ideal. Still a positive experience. The only other thing: I was told upon my departure that they washed the vehicle but in fact they did not. Again, not a big deal at all because this was not an expectation. I just found it unnecessary to say they did when they did not wash it.

One comment there was a mfg rebate on service that was indicated on the dealership web site 10% off general maintenance in which included the services were performed at the visit . I had to ask if that discount was applied … I was told I should have the coupon from the mailed but it was offered on the dealership web . Long time customers should not have to ask for mfg available discounts as part of customer service.

I dropped my car off Saturday, Nov. 22 so work could begin first thing monday. I was finally told Thursday, Nov. 27 that the car was ready. In fact it was not ready. The inspection was not performed, which was one of the reasons I stated in writing when I spoke to my customer service rep and confirmed was in the system when I dropped it off. My rep had communicated about difficulty in diagnosing and then delays with getting parts, and I was understanding. But I was not told that an inspection would not be performed. I only discovered this when I picked up the car and saw that the sticker was still the old one. I walked back in and asked why it had not been done and was told that the car needed to be driven for awhile for the system to calibrate. I was previously told that a shuttle employee was driving my car before I picked it up, and I presumed it was for that reason. When told about the delays during the week, I had been flexible and said I would like it by Friday, as I was heading out of town for a week, which is also why I wanted to the inspection complete, as it expires at the end of November. The rep said that's why she made sure to have the car ready for pickup. But, if she had communicated to me about the lack of inspection being done, I could have made other arrangements or even have left the vehicle until my return. In fact, I was not leaving until Friday night, so it's possible it could have been resolved before I left. The delay in repair and lack of communication left me with a car whose inspection is expiring, while heading out of town and dealing with many other issues related to being out of town for a week. This, after being very flexible and understanding. But there is a limit, and this was too much.
